The DVD should be of all region code. More over DVD player do not play data files burned from a computer.

Here in Belgium, I have the need to play region 2 PAL dvd’s and I often buy region 1 NTSC dvd’s in the United States.
I have found 2 brands that work well for these two regions.

How to unlock your DVD player

I am looking for a dvd player that can support PAL and foreign regional encoded DVDs. I have been looking into getting a OPPO, but they are rather expensive. Is there a quality dvd player like the one I want that is a little bit cheaper?
