Is this a region 2 or a multi-region dvd player?

i want to buy a dvd from play.com but it says that it needs to be played on a region one or multiregion dvd player, i dont live in america so does anyone know if the technika pro 19 hd digital lcd tv dvd is a multi-region dvd player?

apart from the fact that your question has originated in America whether you live there or not.
if it isn’t multi region just get on the web at one of the unlock dvd web sites and for free or a small charge you can get a code to input and make it multi region. its something most people in the u.k. have to do as dvd players sold over here are not multi region when sold. and yes it is legal to do this.
